Saddle up hombres, and join the boys (and girls) of Team Thunder as they pull on their boots, saddle up their snowsticks, and hit the road, hell bent on good times and adventure as they journey through the Wild West on a search for: “Gold Country”.
Ride along with Team Thunder’s Will Tuddenham, Cody Comrie, Ben Gustafson, Jake Welch, Harrison Gordon, Desiree Melancon, and many others, as they embark on a quest to uncover the best hills in the West, as well as the good, the bad, and the ugly times that come hand in hand with finding and filming the hidden gold of urban terrain.
Filmed entirely in the great Wild West of America with the latest HD equipment, “Gold Country” pays homage to the great western states that our riders call home, and aims to paint snowboarding in a light that anyone with a true love of the sport can relate to: no free plane tickets, no monster SUVs, no brand new snowmobiles, no heli cams and no over-the-top antics; just a group of good friends traveling the country, sleeping on crowded floors, and snowboarding wherever they can.
As John Wayne once said “...there are some things a man just can’t run away from”, and the Wild West is one of them. So strap on your spurs, saddle up your horse, and join Team Thunder as we ride off into the sunset on a search for “Gold Country”.
